ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

FK RASZTER ÉPÍTŐ ZRt. (hereinafter: the Company) rises the organisation and quality standard of its entrepreneurial, implementation and production activity in order to meet the higher and higher quality and environmental requirements set by the gradually increasing market competition, the further increase of its partners' confidence, for widening the scope of customers through the elaboration, introduction, international certification of a comprehensive quality- and environmental management system.

The aim and undertaking of the management and all employees of the Company, is to satisfy the partners' expectations and needs in respect of both the performed work and the deadlines as well as other requirements, working in the spirit of the quality and environmental management system elaborated on the basis of the standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004, complying and ensuring compliance with the rules of the system at the full satisfaction of the partners. The operating and permanent development of the certified quality and environmental management system is a main duty of the management of the Company, senior colleagues and all employees. The successful performance of this task increases the organisation of the Company's work, it rises the standard of the quality of the completed buildings, projects, structures and productions, it contributes to the strengthening of the market reputation of the Company, and improves the economical efficiency of the Company's activity. Our aim is to achieve the satisfaction of our customers, users with our manufacturing activity and high-quality products, thus showing the image of a company committed to high standard, reliable quality. Our company is committed to the compliance with the statutes and the requirements set by themselves.

At the same time, upon the implementation of the projects, the Company satisfies the following aims for the sake of the maximum protection of the natural environment:

• formation of environment a environment-conscious attitude for all employees of the Company,
• increased and conscious involvement of our subcontractors into environment protection work,
• minimizing the environment loading effect (contamination of public areas, air pollution, construction noise level) arising from the construction work and our production activities,
• solution of the use of hazardous materials and preparations in a way protecting humans and the environment, the proper collection of the arising wastes, disposal, and recovery according to the technological possibilities.

For achieving the above objectives the Company permanently performs and makes performed revisions and measurements. The environmental effects of the existing technologies are mitigated by introducing new environment friendly technologies if necessary. A similar behaviour is requested from all subcontractors and suppliers and the Company aspires for the formation and development of their environment-conscious operation. The regular revision of the quality and environment policy takes place within the framework of the managerial revisions and this policy constitutes the basis of the determination of the specific company - quality- and environment-related -objectives. The Company continuously develops the quality- and environmental management system, utilizing the experiences of the external and internal audits, correction and prevention activities, managerial revisions and the analysis of the reasons of the faults arisen during the implementation. All employees of the Company, having learned his/her own partial tasks from the quality- and environmental management system, takes responsibility for high quality his/her work and that of his/her subordinates, and - along with the top managers of the Company - commits him/herself to the matter of quality- and environmental management.
