Elements of sewer construction

Utility shafts
Technical description:
- Concrete grade: C 20. It may be made of sulphate-resistant concrete at request.
- The elements are fitted with armature reinforcement. They are capable of placement of fittings of services below street level (water meter, gate valve etc.).
- The position of the required pipe leading through locations and dimensions should be specified upon placing the order.
- A reinforced concrete cover is also available for the shafts. At request the frame of the cast iron can be placed in the cover upon concrete placement.

Upon placing the order meg the following parameters should be specified:
- the code of the element - indicating whether reinforced concrete cover is required or not,
- the location of the cast iron frame to be incorporated in the reinforced concrete cover,
- the location and dimensions of the possible wall breakthroughs.
ooo The footstep pieces may be ordered separately as individual elements.

RA bottom shaft element
Technical description:
- Concrete grade: C 25. It may be made of sulphate-resistant cement at request.
- Wall thickness: 9 cm, or 12 cm.
- Into the lower elements concrete and/or KG pipes of O 160 - 300 mm diameter can be connected. For connecting the KG pipes we insert the masonry pieces into the element at special request.
- We prepare it in through pass and in terminal shaft (1 connection) design. At request different connection possibilities may also be provided.
- They may be installed for buried pipelines of gravity for draining domestic and industrial sewages up to a cunette of - 6,0 m.
- Intermediate shaft element or shaft reducing adapter can be installed on the lower element. The elements can be interconnected with cement- or plastic mortar.

Specify upon placing the order: the code of the element, the position, diameter of the house sewers angle of the change of direction of flow.

RK intermediate shaft element
Technical description:
- Concrete grade: C 25. It may be made of sulphate-resistant cement at request.
- They may be installed for the shafts of domestic or industrial gravity sewers.
- The lower surface of the elements can be connected to bottom shaft element RA1, or to another intermediate shaft element. It can be used as shaft ring or as individual monolith shaft heightening element as well.
- The elements can be interconnected with cement- or plastic mortar.

Upon ordering the elements indicate the following data:
- the code of the element,
- the height dimension of the element.

RSZ shaft reducing adapter
Technical description:
- Concrete grade: C 25.
- The uppermost element of the shaft. It can be placed on the lower, intermediate shaft elements or on the monolith shaft. It is an element of asymmetric design, which is flat on the top.
- For covering the manhole you can use commercial cast iron shaft covers and frames or the reinforced concrete shaft covers and frames produced and sold by our company.

Specify upon placing the order:
- the code of the element.

Cover and shaft frame of load "B"
Technical description:
- Concrete grade: C 25.
- The frame is made with an edge capable for accepting the cover. The cover is made with steel plate frame.
- It can be placed on the frame shaft reducing adapter.
- The frame and the cover meets the requirement of the road load class "B" of the standard MSZ 07.3701-86. (40 kN).

Cover and shaft frame of load "A"
Technical description:
- Concrete grade: C 25.
- The frame was made with an edge capable for accepting the cover and it enables the application of a asphalt layer of 30 mm thickness. The cover is made with steel plate frame. - It can be placed on the frame shaft reducing adapter.
- The frame and the cover meets the requirement of the road load class "A" of the standard MSZ 07.3701-86. (100 kN).
